Refund Policy

At BlackJackal Limited t/a FactFind365, we aim to ensure satisfaction with FactFind365. However, we understand there may be circumstances where refunds are appropriate.

1. No Free Trials

We do not currently offer a free trial of FactFind365.

2. Case-by-Case Basis

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact us at hello@factfind365.com within 14 days of purchase or renewal.

3. Conditions for Refunds

Refunds may be issued if:

• A user experiences a technical issue that we are unable to resolve
• A user was mistakenly charged

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that fall outside our criteria or abuse the system.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of the billing period, but no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
