Your clients can fill out their information by themselves and in their own time and submit this to you for download and review as part of your process.

You send your clients a unique link via email directly from your control panel and they will fill out their information in their own time.

The FactFind365 system is customisable, thus allowing you to ask the questions you need answers to. You can set up multiple form field types such as single line text entry, drop down option lists and tick boxes. There are also conditional features, so you can set questions based on previous answers given during the process.

Yes. Whilst following all of the latest security practices such as data encryption, secure connections etc, we also ensure we don’t hold on to any of your clients’ data for longer than necessary.
